Hey everyone, I currently have a Monotype League and a group chat on Skype, would anyone be interested? You can add my Skype Acct, david.sieczkowski if interested. The rules are followed -
Rules:
- Single and Dual typing is allowed
- No Uber Legends (Ex. Groudon, Kyogre, Mewtwo etc..)
- No Mega Kanghaskhan
- No Mega Lucario
- No Mega Blaziken or non Mega Blaziken allowed
- No Sky form Shaymin
-Mega Gengar is allowed but Perish Trapping or Taunt+Destiny Bond combo is not)
- Greninja is allowed but he's a dark/water typing. Pokemon with the protean ability are only usable on teams of their initial typing
- Megas that change type are allowed as long as the end result has a typing that matches your chosen type (In these cases the pokemon must mega evolve during the first turn it's on the field and uses a move. Switches are allowed without mega evolving)
- Baton Pass is allowed but boosts in Speed are not allowed with another stat (No Quiver Dance passing, Speed Boost/ Sword Dance, etc.)
- Sleep moves are allowed, but only one pokemon per team may carry a sleep status move
- No Minimize or evasive moves
- No Swagger or Confuse Ray (confuse as a secondary effect is okay (Ex. Hurricane,Dynamic Punch, etc.)
- No Item Clause (Ex.2 leftovers, 2 Life Orbs is legal here)
- No OHKO moves like Sheer Cold, Fissure etc
- No calling other members of the Skype group. This rule is subject to change. If two people agree to call each other then that is fine but do not harass anyone to get them to call you
Guidelines:
Announce you are having an official MonoType League Match with your opponent. When the battle is finished, save video and upload it to the internet via Video Recorder, and post the code on the chat. After that is done mark your win/loss down. Once battles have begun if you have 3 or more loses in a row you can suggest a type change with someone else if they are willing, or you can grab an untaken type, the wins/loses will always stay on record regardless of type.
Remember this is casual for now, future tournaments and events may take place.
Also, If you have any ORAS only Pokemon, you must have a backup for that Pokemon for X & Y gamers.
HOW YOU OBTAIN THE POKEMON DOESN'T MATTER, AS LONG AS THEY'RE LEGAL/LEGIT
and that all battle condition rules are followed, have fun guys!
