I put the comdlg.ocx file into System32 and it still doesn't work.

Try just putting it into the same folder as the .exe file, I think that works too. :)

Can you make one for the older games (especially red/blue)?
Because I'm just starting Rom-Hacking and I'm starting from the old games, and going up, and right now I'm on Pokemon Blue.

Is it possible to have more than 5 evos for a pokemon, in 3rd gen at least? cause well i'm curious as to how i far i can push evo options even if it involves hex. (i'm shure it would)

Darthatron do you have a tool for editing pokedex like dexter? i tried using dexter but it has virus and it wont work. Please give me a link to download a new working dexter or a new pokedex editor thanks.

I have something to query about, if I were to make a Tauros or Mitank Pre-evo would that mean if I went to the breeding center an egg would come out with there pre-evos.

hey can I make a level evolution to make an espeon? like level 15 then it will evolve into espeon?
