Need some help getting the last two entries in my Pokédex...

Okay, so I'm finally at the end of my Pokédex completion quest. I finally have my Reaper Cloth and Up-grade to evolve my Dusclops to Dusknoir and Porygon to Porygon-2 respectively. Can someone help me with a trade to evolve these two so I can finally complete the Pokédex?
