All participants in the XY Anniversary event are entitled to one of these whether you won or not:

There's a lot of you, and I don't have enough FC space for all of you, so we're going to do this over the GTS. To redeem, follow these steps:
1. Go catch a Gulpin. A fresh one, not one you bred. Preferably not in a fancy ball.
2. Upload the Gulpin to the GTS, and request a Level 1 Kangaskhan. The gender is irrelevant since Kang can only be female.
3. Set your message to "XY Raffle".
4. Send me a Visitor Message, asking for your Kangaskhan. Try to be polite.
5. Wait patiently.
If your Gulpin gets sniped for some odd reason, just upload another one and VM me again.

I gotta say, this was like double-lucky for me, since Froakie is the only one of the prize pokemon that I haven't owned as a shiny :D Thanks for this opportunity!
By the way, I have to ask: is the Froakie nicknameable?
