    This is the first I have ever heard of such a bug. Does the rival give you Rock Smash after beating him/her?

    Mega Stones are available post game as hidden items that can be found with the Item Finder (obtainable in Laurelle's Lab) I may change this though.
    You should have received a Mega Stone for your starter, though.

    Just tried fighting her again even after all of my previous attempts, (this time I had noticed I forgot to heal my Ivysaur so my PP on Return was at around 8 when the battle started this time) and she does not. I complete the battle, she says her end quote while still in the battle moment, and then when that subsides, control just returns to me, no HM or anything. I'm now concerned it might be an issue that may warrant a redo of my playthrough.

    and what legendary pokemon are in game and there locations please

    Edit: I also have an error when trying to face arceus when i talk to him it get me the error and it exits out please help
