Any particular pokemon besides oddish?
and whats 'stellar' IVs? i know perfect, but never heard the term 'stellar'
Anyways ill try get a good gloom or oddish for you(i wont be getting wifi for a few more days so itll give me something to do :D

Ralts w/ Encore? Lotad w/ Counter? Hoppip? Mawile? Some kind of Shuppet, Seviper, Makuhita, Cherubi, Stunky, whatever else weird I'm missing.
Stellar means very good (27-31). ;-;
