2nd Gen need help! can't find any script for checking abilities

is there a script thats checks the ability of the players pokemons, so when the ability is true it preformes something.
like the 'checkattack' when a pokemon got the move, its perform something. like the CUT able tree.

because i need a script to check the ability PICKUP.

im grateful to every kind of help!

I'm not sure if you are posting at the right sections for your questions. You see, Abilities do not exist in Generation I and II games.

However, you may check your Pokemon's stats and moves through simply pressing 'start' to load the menu and move the cursor to 'Pokemon' and press 'A button'. After that, simply check the Pokemon by moving the cursor to the right name and press 'A button'. If you need to quit the screens, the 'B button' is always there for you to press.

You might wish to post this in the ROM Hacking forums, as stated above. It may be noted that the second generation games do not by default contain 'Abilities.'
