    You need to talk to one of the People on the 2nd story of the Pokemon Center and connect to Nintendo WFC. Your FC will appear on your Pal Pad.

    Plus you got a ditto you willing to lemme trade for. I'll give you my cousins Dragonite. Its level 100 and Japanese. He got it from of those kids that transfer to a different school for a while. He got it at like lvl 60 and he trained it up to 100 then gave it to me.

    Can you give me some more info on the Dragonite? Is it EV trained? Dreamworld?
