    Rock slide

    Poliwrath
    Ev full defense and attack

  • Is this Gen IV or Gen V? (I'll assume this is the former)

You're wasting away Typhlosion's excellent 100 Speed. It's well-known for special attacking, so change the EV spread to 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe and replace Earthquake with SolarBeam.

A friendly competitive tip: don't maximize Golem's defense without first investing in HP because maxing out Defense first doesn't make Golem that bulky. And never, ever, use special moves on Golem because its Special Attack is terrible. And never use Hyper Beam-style moves because they leave you a sitting duck the next turn. Golem also shares Water and Ground weaknesses with Typhlosion (just saying). If you want to keep it, then change its set to this:
    -Stone Edge/Rock Blast
    -Earthquake
    -Sucker Punch
    -Explosion
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Focus Sash

Same EVing tip applies to Poliwrath. Poliwrath is better at using physical moves than special ones, so it should stick to the physical end of things:
    -Bulk Up
    -Waterfall
    -Ice Punch/Brick Break/Return
    -Hypnosis/Encore/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Waterfall
    -Brick Break/Ice Punch/Rock Slide
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

Ampharos is best off as a bulky supporter due to its good defenses. Don't use physical attacks on it because it's mediocre:
    -Discharge
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
    -Heal Bell
    -Reflect/Light Screen
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/80 SAtk/176 SDef
    Item: Light Clay/Leftovers

or (if you wish to go on the offensive):
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Focus Blast
    -Substitute/Focus Punch
    Nature: Modest/Mild
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Pidgeot is a very mediocre Pokemon and a lot of Normal/Flying Pokemon have better Attack and Speed than it, like Fearow or Dodrio:

    Fearow:
    -Return
    -Drill Peck
    -U-turn
    -Quick Attack/Pursuit
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Band

    Dodrio:
    -Brave Bird/Drill Peck
    -Return
    -Pursuit/Payback
    -Toxic/Quick Attack
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Early Bird

Tyranitar has a massive offensive movepool and has the right stats to abuse it. Thrash leaves you locked in and provides no coverage whatsoever. Dragon Claw is an okay move, but like Dragon Claw, it doesn't provide good coverage:
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Aqua Tail/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 180 HP/252 Atk/76 Spe
    Item: Choice Band

(both Tyranitar and Golem are Rock Pokemon, which means they share the weaknesses of Water, Grass, Ground and Fighting, common attacking types. I suggest you replace Goelm with something else; I'll let someone else figure that out)
