    Sorry but on Sunday you have to wait til ~RNC~ says the giveaway is open and until she says who wants the next two please.

    And it is on her hours, not others. Come back in about 4-5 hours please (I think, unless she is busy...).

    Sorry but ~RNC~ probably won't be interested. She doesn't collect random Pokemon. More of events and EVd Pokemon. And I think she has all Lugia events but specify what kind it is and maybe. But I doubt it.
