In or/as, Mega Latios can fly the sky like a Aircraft. I'm very to favorited the this system since play omega ruby.

Do you mean to say you love the soar feature or do you want that game as shown from the Youtube video? The answer for the latter one is: It isn't an official game, I believe you will have more luck with Google than asking here.

Even without looking at the description, I could tell right away that this is just a modded version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, with Latios replacing one of the plane models. Unfortunately, we can't link you to a place that would help you set this up, but like Sun said, Google will help you find what you're looking for.

And since this isn't really a discussion about the Pokemon franchise, I'm going to close this thread, but best of luck on soaring around Los Santos with Latias!
