I hate to break it to you, but Rhyperior doesn't do well in OU because of its easily exploitable weaknesses, coupled with its poor Speed. True, it has Solid Rock and high Defense to compensate, but it's still not a good choice. Even if it was in OU, never, ever, ever use Special moves on it, because it has bad Special Attack, despite possessing a wide special movepool. You'll have to make do with Terrakion, who's faster, and can take advantage of its dual STABs nicely:
-Swords Dance
-Rock Polish
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon/Rock Gem

While Noctowl's special bulk is good, it's hindered by a Stealth Rock weakness. Blissey can be used instead because of its higher special bulk:
-Aromatherapy/Stealth Rock
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
-Toxic
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

Roserade is a decent Pokemon in OU. While it can sweep, it's better off supporting the team with entry hazards in the upper tiers. Venoshock is too situational, since it can only be at full power when the opponent is poisoned. Petal Dance is basically Outrage with worse type coverage. Shadow Ball has no noteworthy coverage other than Psychics; SolarBeam is most effective in Sun teams, and this isn't a Sun team:
-Spikes
-Giga Drain/Grass Knot
-Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
-Rest/Stun Spore/Leech Seed
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

Why are you using Hone Claws on Dragonite when it has no physical moves whatsoever? Even if you're using physical moves on Dragonite, Dragon Dance outclasses Hone Claws due to it boosting Attack and Speed:
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-ExtremeSpeed/Fire Punch/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale

or
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 HP/44 Atk/212 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale

Emboar is better suited to the lower tiers; Infernape outclasses it because it's faster, despite having lower Attack. It does have a very wide movepool, though.:
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot/U-turn
-Stone Edge/Mach Punch
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Seismitoad is terrible in standard play due to its very average offenses, and somewhat shallow movepool. It can't even learn Ice Beam! To help against rain teams, you can use Gastrodon or Rotom-W:

Gastrodon:
-Earthquake/Earth Power
-Scald/Ice Beam
-Toxic
-Recover
Nature: Sassy/Calm
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain

Rotom-W:
-Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
-Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

Sorry if I seemed harsh on this team, but it's just that...I saw a lot of problems with it. In fact, most of your current team are better off in the lower tiers. I suggest you look at the OU tiers here to see what I mean.

If you're going to use Gastrodon, I suggest to keep it Calm. Sassy isn't really good without Counter or Mirror Coat.
