Water/Flying types have two weaknesses: Electric (4x), and Rock. Water is resistant to Ground, though, which might've been what you were thinking of. /unless you were just surprised that Autumn used your own Poke against you in which case my explanation was a pointless display of my limited knowledge on Pokemon
