catching pokemon-how??

How to make something like that in RPG Maker 2003-chatching pokemon,and when it's caught but you already have 6 pokemon,how to make PC??To Withdraw and Deposit PKMN.And my second question-how to make pokedex??
And how to choose pokemon in battle,because in RPG Maker the whole team is out in the same time.How to make pokemon choosing system??If you know any of these problems,please post answer here
