basically kill swap no guard onto kyogre so sheer cold has 100 percent accuracy. SNorlax just there to go boom if bad stuff happens...wat you thing?

It's gonna take a while to Skill Swap No Guard onto Kyogre.

Mewtwo Skill Swaps Machamp. Switch out Machamp for Kyogre. Then Skill swap, thats gonna take time and Mewtwo will probably be killed by then.

And arn't OHKO move's banned?
