  • I'm going to say no to Cradily here. Ferrothorn or Hippowdon do its role of Stealth Rock setter better. The former has a nice set of resistances to take advantage of. The latter is insanely bulky on the physical end and still has reliable recovery:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Hippowdon:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Toxic/Whirlwind
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/144 Def/112 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

If you're running an item and Acrobatics together on Talonflame, you're doing it wrong. Talonflame has to have no item to make Acrobatics run on its full potential. Either use Brave Bird as the Flying move (with Sharp Beak) or have Talonflame go without an item to power up Acrobatics. You can't rely on an opponent Knocking Off Talonflame's Sharp Beak to get Acrobatics powered up, since Talonflame is frail and Knock Off is boosted by 50% if the target has an item that can be Knocked Off. I'll put an example calculation of Bisharp, a common Knock Off user, against Talonflame:

    252 Atk Life Orb Bisharp Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 265-312 (89.2 - 105%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

I don't see the merit of Jellicent nowadays, since its spinblocking duties aren't that useful now that Defog is another hazard-clearing move. Instead, you need a Rapid Spin user on the team in order to get rid of Stealth Rock, since Talonflame and Pidgeot are weak to it. Starmie or Excadrill are the better Rapid Spinners; the latter should only be used if you're running Sand Stream Hippowdon:

    Starmie:
    -Scald
    -Psyshock/Reflect Type
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon
    Ability: Sand Rush

  • Excadrill with ability sand rush paired with hippowdon will give u the means of tackling fast electrics(whom ur team is weak) which all run hp ice. Also excadrill helps in checking all those faries which can be a problem if talon is down.

    Excadrill @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Rush
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Iron Head
    - Swords Dance
    - Rapid Spin

U can also go adamant if speed doesnt bogs u.
Also 4 of ur mons are highly weak to rocks. So u need to rapid spin as soon as rocks are set up

Agreeing with the others that sand + Excadrill would be helpful. Try testing Tyranitar instead of Hippowdon/Cradily. Hippo is a momentum killer and not particularly suitable for a team like this.

    Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
    Relaxed Nature
    - Stone Edge
    - Stealth Rock
    - Pursuit
    - Ice Beam

The Def EVs are for Mega Charizard X and Dragonite. Ttar isn't a reliable switch-in to either, so don't rely on it too much.

Consider a different breaker instead of Kyurem-B. Pidgeot and Talon already do a fine job of pressuring Grasses that switch into Rotom-W. You have a whopping 3 Pokemon weak to SR, which can be a big problem vs a good opponent with a reliable SR setter. You don't want your team to fall apart too much when SR is out. I suggest Specs Keldeo as it has great synergy with Pidgeot and Talon by taking advantage of Heatran, Tyranitar, etc. Keldeo appreciates Ttar's ability to Pursuit trap stuff like the Latis. Your team is 6-0ed by Bisharp, and Keldeo prevents that from happening.

    Keldeo @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Scald
    - Secret Sword
    - Hydro Pump
    - Icy Wind

    Good luck.
