Hm. I dunno...I'm thinkin's 6/10. Sorry if this may seem a little harse, but the font isn't too neat and it's pretty obvious that you made it in MicroSoft Paint. :/ That doesn't make a difference, but the fact that it's kinda blurry and has no border...well, that just adds to it.
