[Pokemon] Wars

Introduction:
Salutations fellow Pokemon fans! Disolia here, bringing you a random forum game that will surely fail due to the appearance of overwhelming complexity. Ideally the game is one of survival, where we will be taking 20 different Pokemon each wave and picking them off by reducing their values! But who will it be?
With 719 Pokemon to go through there will be roughly around 59 winners; How tedious..ly.. Fun!
Once we make it down to Fifty-nine Winners the winners will have to versus each other in one last battle. So, any Pokemon that get's second, or third place in any listing will have a chance to get into the final battle at the end of the game.

Explanation of Play:
Before each submission you must copy the list of the following Pokemon from the latest person post to keep the game accurate. The list you are copying holds Twenty randomized Pokemon, and a list of attacks you may use against them to reduce, or increase the numbers to faint the one you don't want, and to support the ones you do want. When any of the following targets reaches the point of zero ( 0 ), the next person below must simply remove them from the list.
You may only post once, for every one post that past.


List of Attacks:
To show your changes simply bold the changed target.

Standard Attacks:
Most of these are overly complex.

• Basic
  Reduce any Target Pokemon's number down by two, and increase any other Pokemon number by one.
• Minimal
  Reduce any Target Pokemon's number down by one, and increase any other Pokemon's number by two.
• Assault
  Reduce any Pokemon's number down by three.
• Recovery
  Heal the Pokemon. Increase any two different Pokemon's number by one.

Tactical Moves:
These moves directly affect the flow of a Pokemon, or a player. Unless stated otherwise, most moves listed here can only be used once every 6 post; per person.

Spoiler:

• Blockade
  Select a central Pokemon, and the target above it, increase the central Pokemon's number up by two integers, and Gray Out their names; while in this status the next poster will be unable to attack them.
  Notes: This move cannot be used on the highest number Pokemon, or if there is three or less Pokemon on the field.
• Follow Me:
  Select three Pokemon on the field and place a "*" next to each of their names, on the next poster turn they may now only target one of the three Pokemon that were selected previously; this effect is removed after their turn. The player who uses this move must wait nine turns before they're able to use it again.
  
• Reversal:
  State the name of the move and Reduce, or increase any Pokemon's number up by a single Integer. During your next turn all battle, and healing type moves will have their roles reversed.
  Example: Instead of decreasing a Pokemon's number down by three when using assault, you will instead increase that Pokemon's Number by Three.
• Disable:
  Select and decrease a singular Pokemon's number down by one, and type out which move you want to disable for the next three turns; Two, or more disables can not be present at any given time, this move may only be used once per person, per page.
• Resurrect:
  Select any previously fainted Pokemon from the current group give it six points, and add it back into play with a "-" in front of it; if this Pokemon faint's again it can never be resurrected again.
  Notes: The player who resurrected the Pokemon will be unable to alter the numbers of any Pokemon on their next post, they must instead type that they are using "Skip".
  Notes: This move can only be used once every three pages, and it can not be used if there is six or less Pokemon on the field.

Special Attacks:
These moves have specific rules that require you to act in a certain way.

Spoiler:

• Double Cross
  Decrease the number of two Pokemon on opposite sides of the spectrum by two.
  In this example we will be looking at the Pokemon Venipede which is the fourth pokemon from the top, when you reduce the value of the current number of this pokemon down by two, you must also reduce the value of the fourth Pokemon from the bottom by two; Which in this case is Cofagrigus.
• Ricochet
  Pick a central Pokemon and reduce it's number by 2 points, and reduce the Pokemon directly above, and below it number by one.
  
• Reverse Polarity
  Select a Pokemon and decrease it's number by five integers, and elevates the number of lowest pointed Pokemon, that's not the initial target up by three Integers; if a tie has occurred, the player may select whichever one they desire.
  Notes: The selected Target can not be lowest pointed Pokemon on the field and the target must have 10, or more points to be selected.
  Notes: This move can not be used when there is four, or less Pokemon on the field, and it can only be used once once per person, per page.
• Hyper beam:
  Select a Pokemon and increase it's number up by one integer. After which mark your target with an "@" Symbol, then on your next turn reduce that Pokemon's integer by Six points, and your choice of the Pokemon below, or above it by Three Integers; If an assist me goes into play this move will be redirected, if a blockade goes into play the power of this move will be reduce down to 2, and 1.
  Note:This move may only be once every 8 post, and the move will be cancelled if three or more post are submitted after the charging phase.

Sectional Attacks:
Each move in the listing below can only be used once per page; not once per person. If a Pokemon hold's any of the following as secondary typing their number will be reduced by an additional integer.

Spoiler:

• Landslide:
  Select all the ordinary Pokemon on the field and reduce their number by three integers.
  (Applies to: Normal, Fighting, and Ice.)
• Hurricane:
  Select all aerial bound, and flaming Pokemon on the field and reduce their number by three integers.
  (Applies to: Dragons, Flying, and Fire.)
• Global Warming:
  Select all nature based Pokemon on the field and reduce their number by three integers.
  (Applies to: Grass, Poison, Bug, and Water.)
• EMP:
  Select all naturally structured, and mechanically influenced Pokemon on the field and reduce their number by three integers each.
  (Applies to: Electric, Steel, Rock, and Ground.)
• Severance:
  Select all other worldly, possessed, and manipulative Pokemon on the field and reduce their number by three integers each.
  (Applies to: Ghost, Psychic, Dark, and Fairy Type Pokemon.)

Rules:
1. No double posting.
2. You cannot reduce/increase the points of the same character you reduce/increased in your last post. This rule does not apply when there are less then five Pokemon Remaining.
3. Do not conspire with the other users to remove the Pokemon you don't like. Keep it fair.
4. Do not complain about my game being overly complicated. I assumed it would be.
5. Use bold, or use the Colours to show you minus a point, or added a point. You don't have too, but it is recommended. The alternative is to simply place a +, and a - mark next to their numbers.
6. No cheating.

I'm not 100% sure on how this game works but it sounds like fun - let's give it a try! Can you only use one type of attack per post, then? And can you heal Pokémon past 20 points? I'll take a go and let me know if it needs correcting :D
