All has been good and calm in the region of Fior. Pokemon lived together in peace and harmony forming exploration teams and exploring the Mystery Dungeons throughout the Region. Then one bright sunny morning a haunting sounding song was heard throughout the land and kept being heard every morning after. One by one Pokemon fell prey to the song and started turning dark, evil, and sinister bringing much trouble throughout the land. The leader of the Guild in Helios Village worked day and night to create special necklaces that keep Pokemon from being turned by the song. After doing this he put notices around the region advertising for new Exploration teams.

The Fior region. A lush and beautiful Island region that is inhabited by all kinds of Pokemon. There are a total of seven mystery dungeon's located throughout the region each one being watched over by a legendary Pokemon that has been taken over by the song as well.
Ragnarok Cave: A very rocky cave located in the center of Fior. This Dungeon has 8 floors and it's Guardian is the legendary Regirock
Melody Cavern: A damp and dark cavern located on the edge of Melody Bay. This dungeon has 6 floors and it's guardian is the legendary Kyogre.
Dry Desert: A dry and scorching hot desert located in the southern part of Fiore. Unlike the crazy dungeon's this dungeon has one floor but that one floor stretches out for many miles and it's guardian is the Legendary Groudon.
Helios Mountain: A tall mountain located just outside Helios Village. This Mountain is a mix of dampness and has some snow as well. It has 10 floors and it's guardian is the legendary Regice.
Shadow Cave: As it's name suggest it is a dark cave with little to no light. It is located close to the small village called Lunara in the western plains of Fior. It has 5 floors and it's guardian is the Legendary Darkrai.
Rythm Forest: A lush and lively forest located on the eastern side of Fiore. This dungeon has 4 floors and it's guardian is the legendary Celebi.
Darkness Falls: A deep cave located behind the waterfall the goes into Melody Bay. This dungeon is damp and dark and has 13 floors. It's guardian is the legendary Cucumber.
Helios Village: The main village in Fior. In this village you can find the Kecleon Shop, the Empoleon Bank and it's key feature Donphan's Guild.

You are one of the Pokemon that has answered the advertisement to form an exploration team. You gather in Helios and Donphan explains what's going on and hands out the necklaces. Right after he does the haunting song starts as it's still early morning. After this gain experiance by doing jobs off the job and bounty bulliten boards. After some key events all the teams must band together in order to defeat all the legendary's to bring them back to normal before fighting whatever is causing all of this.
