    Use Jambo's Unnamed Trainer Editor or the one from Gen3Tools instead. A-Trainer is from an era of hacking where expanding Pokemon/Items/anything wasn't possible, and there was no need for an INI because everyone had the same data in the same places.

    I have edited the ini for UTE (unnamed trainer editor ) accordingly
    But my main question is how to repoint the offsets like for changing pokemon moves
    I'm enclosing a picture
