Don't use the ongoing discussion prefix please - that's only for me to use :) nevertheless this fits in Competitive Team Help rather than here so imma move this there. I don't really play OU anymore so I don't have anything really to add but good luck!!

Thank you for pointing that out. I am a relatively new user so I do not know about a lot of stuff like that.

  • It might be a better idea to give some of your Pokemon Protect in a VGC environment since you have some multi-targeting moves (VGCs are double battles). Set-up moves are rarely seen in VGCs due to the fast pace there.

Rock Slide is the better option on Garchomp and Terrakion to hit both opponents. Give both Protect over Swords Dance. Give Terrakion Quick Attack for priority, or Quick Guard to protect against priority (over EQ).

Volcarona likes having the freedom to switch moves, since its current set doesn't have the best coverage. It might be a better idea to use this:
    -Heat Wave
    -Bug Buzz
    -Hidden Power (Ground/Ice)/Rage Powder
    -Protect
    Nature:Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash

I'd add more, but I'm on my phone now, so I might add more when I get back on my computer.

Thx for the help. I was unsure about using the volcarona my friend uses. I will change the team once I have something to change for all of them.

    Updated Pokemon:
    Terrakion: Ability: Justified
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 atk,252 Spd, 4 Def
    Item: Expert Belt
    Moves:
    Quick Attack
    Rock Slide
    Close Combat
    Protect
    Garchomp: Ability: Sand Veil
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
    Item: Life Orb
    Moves:
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    Protect
    Rock Slide
    Volcarona: Ability: Flame Body
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
    Item: Focus Sash
    Moves:
    Heat Wave
    Bug Buzz
    Protect
    Hidden Power[Ice]

I'm thinking about changing Terrakion. Any suggestions?
