Name: James Eugene Vincent
Nickname: Jimmy
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Dorm: Raikou Dorm (did the test wrong on purpose, as he was reluctant to do it but had no choice)
Appearance: James resembles late actor James Dean, as shown in the following picture:

He is always seen sporting a white T-shirt, ripped denim jeans and a jacket. He wears his Raikou Dorm jacket most of the time, but only because it's the rule. When he does not need to wear this yellow jacket, he'll put on a black leather jacket. All this, coupled with his hairdo, makes people think of him as a 'greaser' and a 'rebel' at first sight.

Personality:
James is one odd kid. He acts like a tough guy who has no fear, using phrases and words he learned while hanging out in the streets, mainly from bikers and thugs, to intimidate other people. He is very volatile and will turn to violence quickly and, most of the times, unnecessarily. As long as you don't try to meddle in his affairs, and stay out of his way, he won't hurt you...much.
The source of this "tough guy" persona might come from his childhood. Many say that the reason of why he is a troublemaker is because there is a void in his heart that he needs to fill, and that he is desperate to get attention. Others say that his behaviour is repressed anger against his parents that he takes out on everyone else. Another bunch of people believe he can be helped so he can be nicer, while some others say he's pure evil.
But, in spite of this angry, aggresive, mean, and shady side of his, James is known show kindness amd compassion once in a blue moon. An example of this is when he saved a Koffing from a building that was about to be torn down. This kind Jim, however, is buried very deep inside of him. Very, very, VERY deep inside. I wouldn't suggest trying to dig it up. Unless, of course, you are willing to take the risk of making things worse and getting beat up.
Even since arriving at the Academy, however, his ways have seemingly changed, having become slightly less impulsive and shown that he cared about another living being.
History :
James was born in Saffron City and practically raised in the streets of said city. His parents paid little attention to him because they were too busy arguing and fighting. Then, when he turned seven, his father left and his mother started dating. A lot. He received even less attention, and this led him to spend most of the day hanging out in the street, coming back home only to eat and sleep.
One of the many days he was hanging out, he wandered inside an abandoned building that was going to be torn down and found a stray Koffing inside. The Pokémon was a bit hostile to him at first, having been abandoned there by another human, and sent the young boy running out of there. The next day James went back to the building to confront the Koffing, and as he neared it he saw it was being demolished. He could hear the Koffing's faint screams from inside, and rushed inside to save him. The poor Pokémon was on the ground, having been hit by the big ball and about to fall unconscious. The boy grabbed him and took him out of there. The Pokémon was grateful for what James had done, and the two became friends.
Tired of putting up with being ignored by his mom and seeing her have a different boyfriend every week, James developed a temper and started getting in trouble with local residents, especially with biker gangs.
On the day of his fifteenth birthday, James and Smokey were taking a stroll in the Underground Path between Celadon and Lavender when a biker gang known as the Kanto Pokémon Association came to harass him. James' temper upset the bikers and they sent out their Pokémon to get him. Thanks to Smokey's special move, Psybeam, Jimmy was able to defeat them and make them leave. After the battle, James found a Pokéball lying on the floor. Fully aware of what it did and how it was used, he threw it at Smokey, successfully catching it.
A few days after that event, his mother heard he had had a battle from one of her boyfriends and almost immediately sent him to Oak's Pokémon Trainer Academy, against James' will, blaming her son for her love life and her inability to find a steady boyfriend.

Nickname: -
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Dorm: Entei Dorm
Appearance:

Personality:
Being part of a happy, loving family has made Alice a very cheerful girl. She is what you usually call a good person: nice to others, helpful, friendly. That kind of stuff. When things get ugly, she will try to find the bright side of the situation, no matter how bad it is. She hates violence and will try to find a peaceful solution to all fights. Another thing is that she believes that even in the darkest heart there is some good, and that no one is purely evil.
After reading the last paragraph, I bet you think Alice is the perfect child. Well, no. Nobody is. Everyone has a dark side, even Alice. But her dark side isn't one that would hurt other people on purpose, but one that actually forces her to hold back and won't let her reach her full potential. Alice is not very self-confident, and every time she makes a decision she will question it, many times. This, coupled with the inability to work well when under pressure, can make her feel nervous (and even panic) and feel bad about herself.
History:
Alice was born in Celadon City, Kanto. Her mother died after giving birth to her and she was adopted by her mother's closest friend and her husband. They named the baby girl Alice after her recently deceased mother and decided not to tell her about her biological parents, and to this very day she believes her adoptive family is her real one.
Alice lived in Celadon until she was three, when her new family moved to Nimbasa City in Unova, where she would spend the next 9 years of her life. Her childhood was a happy one, she would go to the courts, the amusement park and the Musical very often, and during this time she started to get interested in Pokémon, and wanted one of her own. That is why, for her fifth birthday, her father caught a Solosis for her, which wasn't like any other Solosis. Alice and the Solosis, who she named Jello, quickly became friends, and over the years the two developed a close bond that allowed them to communicate via their minds. Alice's parents noticed this, let's say, "skill" that their adoptive daughter had, and were impressed. They found out about Oak's Trainer Academy and she immediately liked the idea. She studied really hard for the exam with the help of her parents, and would have gotten to the Suicune Dorm if it wasn't for...well, her lack of self-confidence.

Name: Charles Fitzpatrick
Nickname: Charlie, Mr. Fitzpatrick, Fitz.
Age: 38
Sex: Male
Job: Counselor
Appearance: Charlie likes to dress, as they say, sharp, and sports suits most of the time. He strongly resembles real-life actor Charlie Sheen, even in the hairdo.
Personality: Charlie Fitzpatrick is a man who doesn't have a single worry in the world. Well, seemingly. He is actually obsessed with doing things right, and is a bit of a metrosexual. Not only that, but he can also be a hypochondriac when he gets sick, and he'll get any medical tests within his grasp if he considers them necessary. But in spite of all of this, Charlie is actually nice to other people (especially those of the opposite gender who he finds attractive), and it takes a lot to get on his bad side. He can play the piano quite well, and usually does that at his house, where he also likes to drink scotch and smoke fine cigars.
History: Charles Fitzpatrick originally hails from Goldenrod City, Johto, but has travelled around the world with Pokémon ever since the age of eleven, shortly after his father's life was taken by a disease he had been fighting for years, and not much is known about his life before that. His starter Pokémon was Jaws, a Totodile, which he got from Professor Elm, and during his early years of being a trainer, he won many battles and even managed to earn a couple badges. It seemed that his future was a bright one, and that he would become the Champion, but life had another fate for him.
During his travels, he met Arturo Grimes, a trainer that came from Hoenn. The two of them initially were rivals, but ended up becoming close friends. However, Arturo, or Artie as he liked to be called, was not a good influence for Charlie, and as soon as they reached their teenage years, Artie started to get more interested in the 'party life' and dragged Charlie along with him, setting him off the course of becoming a stronger Pokémon trainer. Both of them spent their nights out at clubs, drinking, hooking up with girls, and their days in bed, hung over. Jaws, by this time a Croconaw, grew worried about him, and developed a dislike towards Artie, who he considered the reason Charlie stopped battling.
This carefree, hedonistic, and somewhat reckless lifestyle continued for many, many years, through Artie and Charlie's early twenties. By this moment Artie and Charlie was what you would call 'Partners in Crime', they would live off gambling, and money seemed to keep falling on their laps. However, one day Artie passed away suddenly at age 27 while having cigars with Charlie, leaving the latter devastated and terrified, haunted by the thought that he would die young as well. He immediately went to a hospital and got himself checked for every possible thing that he could have. Luckily, all results came out okay, but he decided to stop the style of life he had been carrying out. Charlie also inherited Artie's main Pokémon which was a Grovyle named Connor, and got professional help to get rid of his lifestyle and sorrows.
After many years of therapy, a renewed Charlie used his money to buy a big house by the beach in Undella Town, Unova. There, he tried to go back into the battling game, but after some training sessions he realized everything was different than what he remembered, and battling didn't suit him anymore in his early thirties, so he decided to do something else with his life. Seeing how happy he was after therapy, and how it had changed him for the better, he felt that he wanted to help people the same way he was helped, and decided he'd become a therapist. Years later, after finishing his studies, he was hired as a Counselor at Gary Oak's Pokémon Trainer Academy, in a faraway island. He sold his Undella Town beach house and bought another house by the beach in Oak Town.
