here the basic story

Its about your mother will be kidnapt and there will be a steel member waiting in the proffesors lab!
he's says that you must take care of these two things:
1. all the badges you can get
2. autherization to all other regions
butt then more bad news come:
Prof says: Thats bad, only a pokemon master of this region can make autherization for somebody to go to a other region!

butt what you dont know that The steel team knows that in every badge there's a special element that is needed to make a Pokemon Fusion Machine!
if you take care for the badges and get your mother free , then the world is domed by the strongest pokemon ever.
butt if you dont , then you will never see your mother again!!! :badsmile:
