Question: Customize Conversation Box

I've seen the conversation chat between me and other people, and was wondering if that was linked with profile customization, or is that a separate set of options?

I ask, because well, I can't see my own. If that makes any sense.

Right, it's linked to profile designs of the person you're chatting with. If you wish to see your profile's customization on your conversations with others, just swap the u and u2 parts int the URL around like this:
