    Blaziken @ Blazikenite
    Ability: Blaze (Speed Boost-Mega)
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
    Adamant Nature
    - Flare Blitz
    - High Jump Kick
    - Thunder Punch
    - Protect

Blaziken is my physical sweeper. Protect on first turn to Mega Eolve and get his speed boost. Then proceed to break through with Flare Blitz and High Jump Kick. Thunder Punch is coverage for any water and flying-type Pokemon.

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 200 HP / 108 Sp Atk / 200 Sp Def
    Calm Nature
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Protect

Milotic is my special wall. She is capable of tanking plenty of special attacks. Protect is just to protect her from my Metagross and Salamence's Earthquake. Her secondary role is to lead off with Cradily and use Surf so that it activates Cradily's Storm Drain to boost her Special Attack.

    Cradily @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Storm Drain
    EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 Sp Def
    Bold Nature
    - Ancient Power
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Protect

Cradily is more of my mixed wall. She gains Special Attack boosts from Milotic's Surf when led off together. Giga Drain is to gain health back, Ancient Power is for Rock STAB since I can't breed for Hidden Powers, and Sludge Bomb is for more Fairy coverage for my team. Protect is for teammate's Earthquake.

    Manectric @ Life Orb
    Ability: Lightning Rod
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp Atk / 252 Speed
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Flamethrower
    - Signal Beam
    - Protect

Manectric is my special sweeper. Thunderbolt for strong STAB, Flamethrower because Overheat's stat drop is unappealing, and Signal Beam for extra type coverage. Protect for same reasons.

    Salamence @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Claw
    - Aqua Tail
    - Earthquake
    - Shadow Claw

Salamence is to soften physical attacks with Intimidate. Choice Scarf to boost his speed so he can focus on raw power. Shadow Claw because I don't have any coverage for Ghost types.

    Metagross @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Meteor Mash
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Earthquake
    - Bullet Punch

Metagross is another mixed wall but more focused with tanking special attacks and dishing out physical damage. Bullet Punch for needed chip K.O.

  • In singles, Blaziken is a terror. In doubles, not so much. The prevalence of Protect in VGC is what makes High Jump Kick risky to use in that format. Blaziken can get away without its Mega Evolution, as Life Orb Blaziken hits harder than Mega Blaziken:
    -Flare Blitz
    -Low Kick
    -Knock Off/Stone Edge
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Dragon Pulse and Ice Beam are redundant on Milotic. It's a pretty good abuser of Competitive in doubles formats because Intimidate is an uncommon ability:
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam/Icy Wind
    -Recover/Icy Wind
    -Protect/Mirror Coat
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 236 HP/140 Def/132 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers/Sitrus Berry/Assault Vest
    Ability: Competitive

Manectric is better off with its Mega Stone. It's mediocre without it:
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Overheat/Flamethrower
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Volt Switch/Snarl
    -Protect
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Manectite
    Ability: Lightning Rod

All Pokemon in the National Dex are legible for this VGC format. Even if this may breach what you intend, there are better Grass Pokemon more suitable for doubles than Cradily. Amoonguss is one prime example, as it has Rage Powder to redirect unwanted attacks:
    -Spore
    -Rage Powder
    -Giga Drain/Sludge Bomb
    -Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Regenerator

In VGC formats, regular Salamence is better off using special attacks, as burn and Intimidate tend to render physical variants useless:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Fire Blast
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Hydro Pump
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Intimidate
