  • Let's do this again! :D

    Spoiler:

    Mega Kabutops
    Stone: Kabutopsite
    Type: Rock/Water
    Ability: Adaptabiliy
Base Stats: Atk 155, Def 105, Sp. Atk 65, Sp. Def 90, Spe 120 (+40 Atk, +20 Sp. Def and +40 Spe)

Info: Kabutops has always had a badass design but never really had the power to match. This mega evolution changes that by giving it large stat boosts to its Atk and Spe giving it sweeping potential, especially combined with Adaptability which allows it to hit hard with it's wide coverage and powerful STAB moves. MegaKabutops also has the bonus of a small bump to it's Sp. Def that brings it's weaker defence up to about average so it can take special hits a bit better.

    Spoiler:

    Mega Fearow
    Stone: Fearowite
    Ability: Sniper
    Base Stats: Atk 145, Def 60, Sp. Atk 71, Sp. Def 51, Spe 150 (+ 55 Atk, -5 Def, +10 Sp. Atk, -10 Sp. Def, +50 Spe)

Info: Despite the 4th and 5th Gens giving Fearow some much needed boosts it's design and lore reputation didn't match it's mediocre power and low-tier battle capabilities. This mega evolution is a glass cannon, lowering Fearow's already weak defences but with an enormous 145 and 150 Atk and Spe it become an effective sweeper or revenge killer especially if it lands a Sniper-boosted critical hit.

    Spoiler:

    Mega Pidgeot
    Stone: Pidgeotite
    Ability: Filter
Stats: Atk 90, Def 105, Sp. Atk 100, Sp. Def 100, Spe 101 (+10 Atk, +30 Def, +30 Sp. Atk, +30 Sp. Def)

Info: It's rather even stat spread made it something of a jack of all trades that was pretty crap in most of them. By buffing up its stats significantly this problem is overcome somewhat. Furthermore, the large boost in its Sp. Atk allows it to make good use of Air Slash and Hurricane powerful STAB moves it has access to but that were previously rendered unusable due to Pidgeot's terrible special stats. The addition of a +30 boost to its defences as well as Filter ha also given tis bird a lot more staying power with which to make use of it's offensive boost.

  • Here, I thought of some Mega evolutions for Pikachu, based on the once rumored "Pokegods" Pikablu, Pikaflare and Pikabud.

    Mega Pikachu Blue
    Stone: Pikachunite Blue
    Type: Electric/Water
Ability: Blue Aura (Electric attacks also do Water-type damage and have their power increased by 50%)
New Base Stats: 35/75/40/100/70/100 (420 total)
    Stat Increases: +20 Atk, +50 SpA, +20 SpD, +10Spe

    Mega Pikachu Red
    Stone: Pikachunite Red
    Type: Electric/Fire
Ability: Red Aura (Electric attacks also do Fire-type damage and have their power increased by 50%)
New Base Stats: 35/110/55/80/50/90 (420 total)
Stat Increases: +55 Atk, +15 Def, +30 SpA

    Mega Pikachu Green
    Stone: Pikachunite Green
    Type: Electric/Grass
Ability: Green Aura (Electric attacks also do Grass-type damage and have their power increased by 50%)
New Base Stats: 35/55/90/70/100/70 (420 total)
Stat Increases: +50 Def, +20 SpA, +50 SpD, -20 Spe

  • Surprised no one did this one already:

    Mega Beedrill
    Stone: Beedrilite
    Ability: Skill Link
    Base Stats: 65/120(+30)/50(+10)/45/100(+20)/115(+40)
New Move: Sting Toxin - Poison move that hits 2-5 times

Honestly, I don't know why Beedrill didn't get Skill Link for its Hidden Ability. I could see this being really useful against many Fairies, many of which wouldn't have a super effective move against Beedrill.

    Mega Quagsire
    Stone: Quagsirite

    New Base Stats: 95/110/110/70/110/35

    All hail you new lord.

Reason: Quagsire is really underrated. He has great defenses and can easily take hits. His biggest problem however is his weakness to grass. However this new Mega gives him a new lease on life. He's immuneto four types in total and can easily Recover stall anything. Not saying this won't be banned into ubers.....

  • Mega Druddigon
    Stone: Druddigonite
    Type: Dragon/Fighting
    Ability: No Guard
Original Base Stats: 77/120/90/60/90/48 (485 total)
New Base Stats: 77/140/130/60/130/48 (585 total)
Stat Changes: +20 Atk, +40 Def, +40 SpD. +100 Total.

Turning Druddigon into a bulkier heavy hitter. Druddigon needs a mega evolution, I think. He's such a lovely Pokémon but struggles to be used even in the main campaign due to his poor stats. Hopefully this makes him a bit more viable. >:3

  • Mega - Lapras
    stone: Laprasite
    Type : Water/Ice
    Ability : Refrigerate
Base stats before mega : 130/85/80/85/95/60
    Base stats increase : -/+25/+30/0/+15/+30

Lapras is my favorite pokemon and when people think of a mega lapras some people often want the ice typing to change into fairy but i think this would be way better these changes will make lapras a very good dragon dancer and with refrigerate it wont have to use ice shard as ice STAB

    Mega: Electivire
    Stone: Electivite
    Type: Electric/Fighting
    Ability: Iron Fist/Moxie/Guts
    Base stats: 75/123/67/95/85/95
    Base stats increase: 75/150/70/120/100/125 (+27, +3, +25, +15, +30 = 100)

Make it happen, Gamefreak. It's a killing machine. Huge attack stat and much better speed, plus some beefed up defenses. The weaks that come along with fighting typing suck, but the typing is great for pure offense. Imagine a STAB, Guts activated, Life Orb-boosted Cross Chop coming off a base 150 attack stat. B)

    Mega Mantine:

    Type: Water
    Ability: Drizzle
Base stat increases: +45 Def, +20 SpA, +55 Spe

Its def becomes about as good as its SpA, so it can take hits better. Sheds its Flying typing to rid its weakness to Rock and SR. Speed increase makes up for losing Swift Swim.

  • Here's where this thread went~ Alright, here's another one.

    Mega Ditto
This one works a little differently. Ditto can only Mega Evolve if it has already Transformed, whether through the move or by Imposter. When Ditto Mega Evolves, it becomes the Mega form of whatever it Transformed into - even if that enemy did not or does not have its Mega Stone as a held item. Of course, this does nothing if Ditto Transformed into something that currently has no Mega form. Ditto's new form is permanent until the end of the battle (normally Ditto changes back to normal if switched out.)

I desperately want Ditto to be useful XD

  • Mega Vespiquen
    Vespiquite
    Type: Bug/Flying
Ability: Royalty (Vespiquen gives all other pokemon in the party a 50% power boost, and vespiquen's order moves (Attack, Defend, Heal order) have their effects doubled)
    Base stat increases: Atk + 40, Def + 30, SpD + 25 SpA + 5

Vespiquen is already a good pokemon, but could certainly use a boost every now and then. Plus, they never really took advantage of the whole royal bug thing, which the royalty ability is meant to do.

Mega Legendary Birds (In order, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres)
    Avialite
    Types: Ice/Flying, Electric/Flying, Fire/Flying
Abilities: Snow Warning, Drizzle, Sunny Day
    Stat Changes: SpA + 50, SpD + 10, Spe + 40

I thought this was why they were in X and Y

  • I know Mega Swamperts and Sceptiles have been made, but I wanted to make my own kind with the announcement of Alpha and Omega.

    Mega Sceptile:
    Stone: Sceptite
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    Type: Grass/Dragon
    New Base Stats: 70/105/75/130/100/150
    +20 Atk, +10 Def, +25 Sp. Atk, +15 Sp. Def, +30 Speed
    New Base Stats Total: 630
Apperance: The tail gets thorns added to the leaves and the leaves become sharper looking. The grass blade on its' arms turns brownish into thorns. Its' head becomes sharper looking. The redish color turns into a dark brown and the bulbs or whatever on it's back blooms into dangerous looking flowers of a dark brown or black color. Also, the green of the body turn darker. About as dark as Grovyle's leaves.

A Mega can't have Life Orb

But here is a Mega from me

    Mega Slowbro (Water/Fighting)
Upon Mega Evolving Slowbro put all of it's Psychic powers into his muscles thus becoming part fighting instead of part Psychic.
(Though visually my idea would of been a beefy Slowbro where his shell actually becomes like armor on one of his arms.)
    Original Stats: HP: 95 Atk: 75 Def: 110 SpA: 100 SpD: 80 Spe: 30
    Mega Stats: HP: 95 Atk: 150 Def: 130 SpA: 80 SpD: 100 Spe: 30
    Ability: Oblivious/Own Tempo/Regenerator -> Regenerator
