Good Competitive team or no?

Ok guys, heres one of my first competitive teams, i have a sandstorm one but honestly, who doesnt. Anyway, here goes:

Next is Heatran:

This heatran is a lead, setting up rocks and then exploding

Next is Jirachi, which is a wish supporter mixed with a serene grace flincher.

Now there is a bulky reuniclus, which is a good special attacker and wall

The final member of the team is unknown, i was thinking a special wall or a sweeper like latios. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)

Life Orb is a must on Reuniclus; it gets the power boost, but no recoil thanks to Magic Guard.

Item: Choice Specs/Scarf

If you don't like Latios' Pursuit weakness, try Hydreigon:
