i can argue with it.
the rules say, and i quote,
"~Execs may use up to two legends, but no ubers/wobby
~Admins are subject to the same rule as Execs, but they must have their respective mascot on their team. Thus the Magma Admin must have Groudon, while the Aqua Admin must use Kyogre."
Which renders Rayquaza ineligible.
Besides, to beat you with that team we'd only need grass, ice and electric types.

Oh. then i'll Replace Raquazz w/ Salamence

Reserve a spot on team aqua for me please since im currently training my team and im not finished with it yet but i probably will be in a couple of days if i try.
