    Yes there will be d/p pokemon and all legendaries will be obatainable by the very end of the game.

    • I think he means Pokemon that can only be unlocked with event items.
    Which the only way I think you could pull that off, is by sending a patch to people?

    Then yes there will be event pokemon (i've already revealed darkarai). Some legendaries will only be obtainable through hidden paths in the torn world, tunnels, islands, etc...

    • I'm pretty sure you'd have to have people save their Save File, and then send them a different version.

    You could always use a password feature to get the event items. Make it around 15 random letters/numbers, so it's impossible to guess. Then, just post it or PM it to people when you're ready.
