    • If by "raised" do you mean "in the post-game, used Join Avenue services"? Because while my entire Champion team from White 2 is Level 100, those were used at least partly of the way for them.

    • True from what I remember. I always have a Water type Pokemon with me and Surf is a pretty decent move so yeah.

    • False, I did. On my solo challenge in LeafGreen with Raticate my Bulbasaur knew Strength, Flash, Cut and Rock Smash.
