Does anyone know how to make the Block headers or whatever they're called, transparent? Or is it only for Crystal Supporters and Mods?

What exactly do you mean by block headers? Do you mean on your profile?
If you mean transparent elements on your profile, then all you need to type is "transparent" without the quotes in the Background Color element, and you should be good to go. :)
