Diggersby? In that case, 7.5/10 - those Huge Power Earthquakes are insanely powerful in competitive, and that STAB Quick Attack is alright to finish off weakened opponents with.

I'll give Fletchling a 5/10 because I loved my Fletchling, but now it is a Talonflame. Fletchling is good for the beginning of your Kalos journey, but it's other stages are stronger.
