Cerebral means relating to the brain. You could look it up on an online dictionary...

Now the evolution shall be Erudijan (Erudite + Trojan).

I didn't check the Poison club though, I thought of it myself.

It's name shall be Chilloop (Chill + gloop). Vastly inferior to my previous Pokemon names, but I can't think of anything else.
