    i just resently started getting in to competitive pokemon play and I have watched at least 15 videos on team building and i still dont get it can someone help me?

    What exactly are you having a problem with? If you're starting out, I recommend stealing borrowing some teams from Smogon's RMTs first. It'll give you a gist of what goes good together.
