    We need something that is good against water and since Eelektross has no weaknesses with its ability and good stats, Eelektross can fill the space well.

    I think Diablo is right the double typing is better + Exeggcutor has access to more reliable sleep move sleep powder over hypnosis (which i believe is more important IMO)
