Okay so I recently made a sun team and so far it's been going okay, and it's sorta different to a normal sun team but it works imo. Either way, from both team view and experience, I knew he had Tyranitar (so sun versus sand, basically) and I knew pretty much most of his other team as well as his general strategy, so I figured by predicting that I could do well. At first my initial plan was that I'd go for sun straight out, I knew Drakow wouldn't go for sand immediately when he could use his signature Pokemon Hydreigon and get Ninetales out of the way. My plan from then on was to basically switch in to Starmie because I didn't want to lose Heatran in case he predicted Heatran to take the Draco Meteor & went with Focus Blast, so I figured Starmie would be safe if he did that, and as a result I could kill him back with ice beam, at that point he'd probably switch into Tyranitar, etc.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
This shouldn't be too difficult for me. I've beaten stronger sun based teams before. Volcarona is always something to watch out for though. I can handle it with either Dragonite or Tyranitar so I should be OK. Everything else should be pretty straightforward really. I'll keep it simple and lead with Hydreigon as at full health, it can handle pretty much anything the opposition can throw at me.

    Spr_5b_038.png
    635.png

    Appleasing sent out Ninetales!

    Vandy sent out DRAKOW! (Hydreigon)

Ninetales's Drought intensified the sun's rays!

    Start of turn 1

    Spr_5b_121.png
    635.png

    Appleasing called Ninetales back!

    Appleasing sent out Starmie!

    Vandy's DRAKOW used Draco Meteor!

Starmie lost 261 HP! (100% of its health)

    Starmie fainted!

Vandy's DRAKOW's Sp. Att. sharply fell!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Since I lost Starmie (sadly) I figure Sawsbuck would be the best choice against Hydreigon, assuming he kept it in and went for something like Fire Blast, but he'd be shocked when he realised how fast Sawsbuck is/was.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I considered the possibility of an incoming Hypnosis but then I realized I just don't care so I went with Draco Meteor. Arguably I should have switched out to Magnezone as it is quite weak against a sun team, to take the Hypnosis. Things worked out well for me and with Starmie out of the picture, I can set up rocks freely.

    Appleasing sent out Sawsbuck!

    Start of turn 2

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Vandy called DRAKOW back!

    Vandy sent out FAGONITE! (Dragonite)

    Sawsbuck used Jump Kick!

    It's not very effective...

    A critical hit!

Vandy's FAGONITE lost 21% of its health!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
I kinda didn't expect Dragonite actually, but I'm glad I got in damage otherwise Dragonite would be more annoying. I figured Heatran was the best choice here, with access to HP ice, and not really hurt by any dragon attacks.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Jump Kick was obvious. Dragonite takes the hit like a champ and now I am going to get up a Substitute to scout out the opposition.

    Start of turn 3

    Spr_5b_485.png
    149.png

    Appleasing called Sawsbuck back!

    Appleasing sent out Heatran!

Heatran is floating on a balloon!

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Substitute!

    Vandy's FAGONITE made a substitute!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
I'm so disappointed he substituted, because as a result this'll be more annoying. HP ice still is the best thing I can do here, and I intend to go through with that really.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Going to T-wave now so at least if Heatran is weakened enough, Magnezone can trap and KO it.

    Start of turn 4

    Spr_5b_485.png
    149.png

    Heatran used Hidden Power!

    It's super effective!

    Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute faded!

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Thunder Wave!

Heatran is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Ugh, t-wave. Since I'm sure he'll substitute next and hope for hax, I'm going to go the other way here and put up SR. I know he has no spinners so it'll definitely be up for a bit, and if I'm switching a lot, so will he likely - and it'll help if I can eventually force Dragonite out.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Hidden Power Ice probably. Just gonna set up sub again, cause I can.

    Start of turn 5

    Spr_5b_485.png
    149.png

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Substitute!

    Vandy's FAGONITE made a substitute!

    Heatran used Stealth Rock!

Pointed stones float in the air around Vandy's team!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
I'm pleased he did as predicted - going to follow through with a HP ice and break that substitute now.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Well that sucks. I think I should have just switched in Tyranitar here to get my own rocks up instead of fooling around with Dragonite for ages. In hindsight I guess. Roost to recover health to full and hopefully it won't be able to break my sub.

    Start of turn 6

    Spr_5b_485.png
    149.png

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Roost!

Vandy's FAGONITE landed on the ground!

    Vandy's FAGONITE regained health!

    Heatran used Hidden Power!

    It's super effective!

Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute took the damage!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
...whaaat? Sub not broken? Damn I don't face enough Dragonite. This is not good at all. Imma try again and see if I can break the substitute and go somewhere with that, though knowing him I'd rather not switch out and instead just get another Pokemon switched in from Dragon Tail.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Alright the sub is still in tact. Going to Dragon Tail to see what comes out.

    Start of turn 7

    Spr_5b_485.png
    149.png

    Heatran used Hidden Power!

    It's super effective!

    Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute faded!

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Dragon Tail!

    It's not very effective...

    A critical hit!

Heatran lost 86 HP! (26% of its health)

    Heatran's Air Balloon popped!

    Sawsbuck was dragged out!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Ooh perfect. I was actually considering using Return the turn before but I wanted to see how long Heatran would last. Disappointed that it was at max health, idk how much Return does at full health, probably not do that much? :(

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Well the sub broke so I'll set one up again but I plan to use T-wave again on the following turn.

    Start of turn 8

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Sawsbuck used Return!

Vandy's FAGONITE lost 36% of its health!

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Substitute!

    Vandy's FAGONITE made a substitute!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Yeah so that didn't do that much really, meh.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Alright time to cripple this thing with paralysis.

    Start of turn 9

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Sawsbuck used Return!

    Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute faded!

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Thunder Wave!

Sawsbuck is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
NO NOT T-WAVE NO THE SUN BOOST IS USELESS NO. :( Going to keep Returning, I don't wanna risk switching out, I'm sure it can pay off. ;x

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Need to roost to get my health back.

    Start of turn 10

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Roost!

Vandy's FAGONITE landed on the ground!

    Vandy's FAGONITE regained health!

    Sawsbuck used Return!

Vandy's FAGONITE lost 34% of its health!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
This is going to make me want to fall asleep, I'm sure.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I intend to stall until the paralysis kicks in, then I'll be at a good advantage.

    Start of turn 11

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Substitute!

    Vandy's FAGONITE made a substitute!

    A critical hit!

    Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute faded!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Yay a critical hit! Too bad it didn't matter at all, useless crit. I don't see this going anywhere, considering we're both going back and forward. I think I just need to be lucky w/ paralysis.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Thankfully that critical was against the sub. More stalling.

    Start of turn 12

    Spr_5b_586.png
    149.png

    Vandy's FAGONITE used Roost!

Vandy's FAGONITE landed on the ground!

    Vandy's FAGONITE regained health!

Sawsbuck is paralyzed! It can't move!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
So yeah, one paralysis down, how much longer will this last?

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
In hindsight I really should have swapped out to Gengar here instead of messing around with Dragonite. But instead I try to push my luck further.

    Start of turn 13

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
    No double para yay.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Hopefully it will be paralysed next turn.

    Start of turn 14

    Vandy's FAGONITE's substitute faded!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
You know what'd be nice? If I had aromatherapy on this thing, and that Choice Bands allowed you to use two moves, instead of just one. And then yeah Sawsbuck would totally destroy this. Nature Power would not be needed as much so then I could just--kay nvm.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Hope leads to disappointment. Of course. The problem is that now that things have turned for the worst, I am determined to at least get my Dragonite back at near full health before switching him out. I do not want to lose this battle of attrition against the Sawsbuck. It's the way my mentality is. If I'm in a good position, then blow my advantage, I want to at least get my advantage back before switching tactics.

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
I'm getting lucky w/ hax tbh.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Come on. The odds are in my favour here.

    Start of turn 16

    Spr_5b_586.png

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's FAGONITE restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Appleasing: FFFF

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
So YEAH I wojuld've hurt it that time because it didn't hit Multiscale yet, but nope, it was paralysed. I'm sure I could've ended it really. But yeah at that point got pretty frustrated, lol.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I REALLY should have switched to Gengar here but I repeat my earlier mistake because I'm just like "it will work out this time! At first you don't succeed, try again!" I'm like a scientist in that regard. One failure isn't enough to turn me away, I gotta try it out again. That sort of mentality.

    Start of turn 17

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
UGH DOUBLE. 'bout here was where I thought I'd end up 6-0'd (assuming I hadn't killed anything and iirc I didn't), actually.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Hell yeah! Gonna roost back to full health.

Pretty much the same stuff as a few turns ago.

Finally the power seeps in and destroys the darkness known as Drakow. :3 Except it didn't kill it... lol. ;x

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Why is Return suddenly doing like double damage? I swear it's not Multiscale either cause I'm pretty sure I took a Return earlier on and it only did like 30% of my health. This really confused me and I was just like wtf.

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
    Keep hitting harder gogogogo.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
What the hell! Damn, I blew my advantage for real this time. I have no choice but to switch now or rely on it getting paralysed but I'd rather not take my chances. I've learnt my lesson regardless. Time for Gengar.

    Start of turn 24

    Spr_5b_586.png

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's RENPUU restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Oh so trying to surprise me, lol yeah SR is up, nite can't do much here from now on for you. Yay! Kinda funny that I wouldn't have hit anything that turn anyways, lol. Going with Volcarona since Gengar can't do anything to that.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Are you kidding me! I should have roosted! Well I got a free turn to set up a sub.

    Start of turn 25

    Spr_5b_637.png

Vandy's RENPUU restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Yeah even w/ the sub up I'm sure I'll be fine w/ Fiery Dance. Although QD or Bug Buzz might've been better imo since Drakow is known to switch occasionally, like most battlers.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Well that was pointless. Gengar cannot handle Volcarona. With Dragonite weakened my only check to Volcarona is Tyranitar.

    Start of turn 26

    Spr_5b_637.png
    Spr_5b_248.png

    Vandy called RENPUU back!

    Vandy sent out YOSHIKO! (Tyranitar)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's YOSHIKO!

Vandy's YOSHIKO's Sand Stream whipped up a sandstorm!

    Volcarona used Fiery Dance!

    It's not very effective...

Vandy's YOSHIKO lost 10% of its health!

    Volcarona's Sp. Att. rose!

Volcarona is hurt by its Life Orb!

    The sandstorm rages!

Volcarona is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Vandy's YOSHIKO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Oh, Tar... yeah, I still have Bug Buzz so I'll be able to get some damage down onto it I think.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
STONE EDGE. Do not fail me. My Tyranitar is specially defensive so it will survive a boosted Bug Buzz. That is how pro my T-tar is.

    Start of turn 27

    Spr_5b_637.png
    Spr_5b_248.png

    Volcarona used Bug Buzz!

    It's super effective!

Vandy's YOSHIKO lost 73% of its health!

Volcarona is hurt by its Life Orb!

    Vandy's YOSHIKO used Stone Edge!

    It's super effective!

Volcarona lost 230 HP! (73% of its health)

    Volcarona fainted!

    The sandstorm rages!

Vandy's YOSHIKO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Appleasing sent out Ninetales!

Ninetales's Drought intensified the sun's rays!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Okay so where next? Probably Ninetales so that I can get my weather back up. Tyranitar is hurt enough so I can quickly kill it afterwards. I'm sure I can outspeed it so I'm going to go with HP Fighting, since it can hit Hydreigon too if he switches into it.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
You took a heavy beating but you saved my ass T-tar. I'll switch to Hydreigon as he's pretty reliable.

    Start of turn 28

    Spr_5b_038.png
    635.png

    Vandy called YOSHIKO back!

    Vandy sent out DRAKOW! (Hydreigon)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's DRAKOW!

    Ninetales used Hidden Power!

    It's super effective!

Vandy's DRAKOW lost 29% of its health!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
And he did! I'm sure he'll predict Heatran but hey here's hoping he doesn't.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Wtf lol. Hidden power weak! The only Pokemon on her team are Heatran, Sawsbuck, Ninetails and Krookodile. I can use Focus Blast without any risk as it will OHKO any of her Pokemon. Ninetails might survive but I doubt it.

    Start of turn 29

    Appleasing called Ninetales back!

    Appleasing sent out Heatran!

    It's super effective!

Heatran lost 237 HP! (73% of its health)

    Heatran fainted!

    The sunlight is strong!

    Appleasing sent out Krookodile!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Meh. I'm going to go with Krookodile from here since it's probably the best switch in I can think of since I have scarf (and the fact that Focus Miss is unreliable and idk if Drakow would rely on that to hit twice in a row) - so I can hope Stone Edge does well.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Blatantly scarfed Krookodile. I wonder if I inspired her to use it after she saw mine in action. I will switch to Scizor cause I can threaten it with U-Turn / Bullet Punch.

    Vandy sent out VRAI! (Scizor)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's VRAI!

    Krookodile used Stone Edge!

Vandy's VRAI lost 37% of its health!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Didn't really predict Scizor here, but I know all of its attacks can do nothing to Ninetales, and even still I can get an Overheat in if he tries to Bullet Punch I guess?

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I am almost certain it will switch. I went with U-turn but in hindsight I think Superpower would have been the better choice to hit Ninetails harder.

    Start of turn 31

    Spr_5b_212_m.png

    Appleasing called Krookodile back!

    Appleasing sent out Ninetales!

    Vandy's VRAI used U-turn!

    It's not very effective...

Ninetales lost 113 HP! (39% of its health)

    Vandy called VRAI back!

    Vandy sent out DRAKOW! (Hydreigon)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's DRAKOW!

    The sunlight is strong!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Oh U-turn, yeah, Ninetales is fine here. I'm going to go for the risky move of Hypnosis, which is probably my best shot here since that's basically my major issue and he won't be switching out while I'm using it.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I went for Hydreigon because at this point I seriously did not think it had Hypnosis. Cause if it did, surely she would have used it at the beginning of the battle? So I figured I could check mate her with a Draco Meteor and force one of her Pokemon to die.

    Start of turn 32

    Ninetales used Hypnosis!

    Vandy's DRAKOW fell asleep!

    Vandy's DRAKOW is fast asleep!

    The sunlight is strong!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Oh hey it worked, yaay. Makes up for all the missing earlier today. I'm going to go with Nasty Plot here and hope that'll be useful to me against whoever I face, knowing that a lot of his Pokemon can be taken down by Ninetales.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Damn . . . I figured wrong. I'll switch to Tyranitar to change the weather I guess. I was a bit disarrayed by this turn of events.

    Start of turn 33

    Spr_5b_038.png
    Spr_5b_248.png

    Vandy called DRAKOW back!

    Vandy sent out YOSHIKO! (Tyranitar)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's YOSHIKO!

Vandy's YOSHIKO's Sand Stream whipped up a sandstorm!

    Ninetales used Nasty Plot!

    Ninetales's Sp. Att. sharply rose!

    The sandstorm rages!

Ninetales is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Vandy's YOSHIKO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Yay Tyranitar, I know I can take that down with Hidden Power. Moving on...

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Nasty Plot noooo! My T-tar is doomed.

    Start of turn 34

    Spr_5b_038.png

    Ninetales used Hidden Power!

    It's super effective!

    Vandy's YOSHIKO fainted!

    The sandstorm rages!

Ninetales is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Vandy sent out FAGONITE! (Dragonite)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's FAGONITE!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Yeah Dragonite is weak enough for now, and it can't use Substitute and I outspeed, so Hidden Power can easily hurt it.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I should have swapped in Gengar here instead of Dragonite. Bad play is bad, I know. Live and learn.

    Start of turn 35

    Spr_5b_038.png
    149.png

    Ninetales used Hidden Power!

    It's not very effective...

Vandy's FAGONITE lost 3% of its health!

    Vandy's FAGONITE fainted!

    The sandstorm rages!

Ninetales is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Vandy sent out RENPUU! (Gengar)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's RENPUU!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Imma see how much I can get on it if I use Overheat.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Alright. Let's get the sub up.

    A critical hit!

    Vandy's RENPUU's substitute faded!

    Ninetales's Sp. Att. sharply fell!

    The sandstorm rages!

Vandy's RENPUU is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Ninetales is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Vandy's RENPUU restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
This is way too weak to do anything now so I'll go for Krookodile since even if Gengar stays in, I have a choice scarf - and considering the amount of damage it has, it'll be an easy kill, so heading for Pursuit.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
What is with you and critical hitting my subs! I went with disable here but I should have really figured that she knows what's coming. Should have just used Focus Blast or subbed again to be honest. Ah well.

Hahaha disable not working. Yeah Pursuit time.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Checkmate for Gengar. It outspeeds me and will use Pursuit for sure.

    Vandy's RENPUU fainted!

    Krookodile's Attack rose!

    Vandy called RENPUU back!

    Vandy sent out MAGNETO! (Magnezone)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's MAGNETO!

    The sandstorm rages!

Vandy's MAGNETO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Ew Magnezone, I can't do anything to that on Krookodile since I'm scarved, but I'm sure Ninetales can do something to that, it should even outspeed Thunderbolt imo - and I know I have Sawsbuck and Krookodile, former to take down Hydreigon, and Krookodile can take down the other two.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
At least I get a free switch in with Magnezone. Let's play it safe with a sub.

    Appleasing
Didn't really want it to Substitute, knowing I have Overheat and all. ;x

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I really wish I could have gotten stealth rock up. I was torn between Volt Switch or straight out T-bolting. I decide to hit for max damage with thunder bolt.

Ninetales restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Vandy's MAGNETO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Dunno how much I can do to this so I'm going to try to Overheat again.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
I think about this for a while. I concluded that my Magnezone could survive a -1 Overheat. I went with Thunderbolt again but I probably should have volt switched into Hydreigon or Scizor.

    Start of turn 41

    Spr_5b_038.png
    Spr_5b_462.png

    Ninetales used Overheat!

    Vandy's MAGNETO used Thunderbolt!

    Ninetales fainted!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's MAGNETO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Appleasing sent out Krookodile!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Hmmm you know, that damage isn't really that bad. Switching to Krookodile for the kill, etc.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Well I'm expecting the EQ so Hydreigon it is.

    Start of turn 42

    553.png
    635.png

    Vandy called MAGNETO back!

    Vandy sent out DRAKOW! (Hydreigon)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's DRAKOW!

    Krookodile used Earthquake!

    It had no effect!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
I kinda expected him to switch actually... but meh, Hydreigon is asleep so it can't do much to me, and if Jump Kick doesn't miss and I'm not paralysed, I've got this.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Success. Now I should have double switched here. I know it's scarfed and she has no choice but to switch out. I know that I am guaranteed to be asleep for at least one turn. Had I double switched into Scizor, I could have put her in a check mate position.

    Start of turn 43

    Spr_5b_586.png
    635.png

    Appleasing called Krookodile back!

    Appleasing sent out Sawsbuck!

    The sunlight is strong!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
    Yay switches?

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Now I have to rely on waking up in one turn. Even so I should have just swapped out into Magnezone and let that eat the Jump Kick. Then I could have sent Scizor in and U-Turned for the KO.

    Start of turn 44

    Spr_5b_586.png
    635.png

    Vandy's DRAKOW is fast asleep!

    Sawsbuck used Jump Kick!

Vandy's DRAKOW lost 33% of its health!

    Vandy's DRAKOW fainted!

    The sunlight is strong!

    Vandy sent out MAGNETO! (Magnezone)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's MAGNETO!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
YES, Jump Kick got it. Now Jump Kick should be able to take on the other two.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Easy KO with Hidden Power fire but since I only have steel types left on the team, Krookodile is free to EQ.

    Start of turn 45

    Spr_5b_586.png
    Spr_5b_462.png

    Vandy's MAGNETO used Hidden Power!

Sawsbuck lost 301 HP! (100% of its health)

    Sawsbuck fainted!

    The sunlight is strong!

Vandy's MAGNETO restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Appleasing sent out Krookodile!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Oh lol, I forgot about HP Fire. Idc though because with scarf, Krookodile has won because even with Scizor I'm sure Scizor can't OHKO with Bullet Punch.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
    Yeah it's time for pain.

    Start of turn 46

    553.png
    Spr_5b_462.png

    A critical hit!

Vandy's MAGNETO lost 26% of its health!

    Vandy's MAGNETO fainted!

    Krookodile's Attack rose!

    The sunlight is strong!

    Vandy sent out VRAI! (Scizor)

Pointed stones dug into Vandy's VRAI!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
Wonderful. Plus with attack rising thanks to Moxie I should be able to kill Scizor anyway, since idk how it'd go in general.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
That critical hit is kicking me while I'm down! Please let Bullet Punch KO this full health crocodile >_>

    Start of turn 47

    Krookodile used Earthquake!

Vandy's VRAI lost 37% of its health!

    Vandy's VRAI fainted!

    Krookodile's Attack rose!

    Appleasing won the battle!

    RTswG.png

    Appleasing
And... I won. o_O Originally thought I'd be easily 6-0'd, but I managed to turn it around. Actually you know, I really like this team. Krookodile fits onto the team pretty well, much better than Dugtrio did due to the lack of power @ Dugtrio against Starmie w/ Sucker Punch. Either way, Starmie was pretty useless, and I didn't really expect it to be useful in the first place, considering what Drakow's team actually is. Volcarona was also pretty useless too - could've been a little less useless but meh. Heatran was "okay" but again, meh. To be honest, Krookodile/Ninetales/Sawsbuck worked the best together really. While the others didn't work that well in this battle, they've been useful in other battles, but definitely those three are the stars of the team really.

    ycGvF.png

    Vandy
Yeah I didn't think so. You beat me by a single turn! Good game.

Props: Forever for putting the effort into making this battle log and giving me a very close match.

Slops: I made a lot of mistakes in this battle. I need to step my game up.

pretty and all, but... you really could have chosen a better battle to make pretty. don't take any of my comments too heavily, but it sort of went "eh mispredict on turn one" to drakow basically haxing the hell out of you with dragonite (rule of thumb: twave + dtail dragonite is not the stuff of battle logs), then to you randomly sacking some pokemon despite apparently knowing what's coming and then proceeding to close the game with a sweep. neither side had many outstanding plays at all, but i really felt like this was an off-match for drakow, because he never... really did anything, save a somewhat decent predict of heatran when ninetales was out. your comments weren't enough to save it either, and it was especially disappointing to read something like "in hindsight, i should have done blah blah blah" because really a battle log should be showing the very best of you! you shouldn't have regretted anything you've done in a battle that you want to log, imo. and even if you do - don't mention it in that turn's comments! i hate reading something and then realizing i know what's going to happen next in the match because drakow said "in hindsight i probably should have used focus blast" meaning i knew what nica was going to do. if you find it difficult to come up with commentary, you can always post a few turns, then comment about your afterthoughts, how your game plan has changed as a result, what you're going to do next, etc...

i mean overall it was an ok battle, but i really wish you would have picked a better one/more unique one or spent more time on the commentary!
