In Unova you face two champions - Alder in BW and Iris in B2W2.
Let's say you're head of the Pokémon League Review Board. You find Iris is getting stale as a champion and you don't really want to head back down the Alder route again. You've wrote a few notes on why you don't want either as champion. You also wrote a note on someone else you thought would be appropriate.
THE CASE AGAINST ALDER
Against: Most people complained Alder didn't have too much to do with anything other than the league.
THE CASE AGAINST IRIS
Against: She's the youngest champion and doesn't know as much as Alder.

A THIRD CONTENDER: N
For: He's by far the trainer that is most connected to Pokémon and incredibly strong.
Against: He has connections to the man that tried to freeze a Unova league challenger.
What would you decide? Keep in mind that who you choose and how you possibly 'remove' Iris will reflect on the image of the Unova League. Is there someone else suitable for the position?
