Showdown!!! Haunter vs Kadabra

Both are arch rivals. I know the outcome will be different from anime's pov and game's pov.
And I need answer in both ways.
For game's pov, consider them having level 50

Kadabra uses Psyshock and Haunter dies. Even if the latter has a Choice Scarf to outspeed it, Kadabra generally uses Focus Sash, so yeah.

With anime rules, I think Haunter wins due to its ability to suck Kadabra's life out of existence by just licking it.
