It's not a bad start for a 1st team, but it seems like you just copied and pasted movesets from Smogon without reading about how they work as a team.
I hope you didn't copy any movesets from Serebii because Serebii movesets SUCK and if you did, then shame on you!

    Okay, let's start with Salamence.

Specs Salamence is obsolete. It used to be the best moveset for a Salamence back when D/P first came out, but that was 4 years ago. It's 2010 now and a lot of things has changed. Salamence today should focus on both Special AND Physical attack instead of one over the other. This makes Salamence able to beat both Special AND Physical walls.

A good mixed attacking Salamence looks like the following:

    Salamence @Life Orb
    Naive Nature
    16 Atk / 240 SpA / 252 Spd

    -Draco Meteor
    -Earthquake
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw

Tyranitar can't learn Swords Dance. I don't know where you got that from. Maybe you got it confused with DRAGON Dance.
Anyways, Taunt used to be useful on Tyranitar, but nowadays most opponents will attack Tyranitar instead of trying to set up. So use one of the following moves:

Fire Punch beats Scizor, one of Tyranitar's biggest enemies.
    Aqua Tail beats Donphan/Hippowdon
Crunch beats Ghosts and Psychics and also gets STAB.

Lastly is Hitmontop. While Hitmontop is a good Rapid Spinner in UU, it doesn't quite work as well in OU battles. Another issue I want to address is your HUGE weakness to Infernape.

Infernape can beat your entire team all on its own. Hidden Power Ice for Salamence, Close Combat for Blissey and Tyranitar, and Fire Blast for Metagross and Skarmory. You need a Pokemon that resists Ice, Fighting, AND Fire. For that, there's no better choice than STARMIE!

    Starmie @Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Spd

    -Rapid Spin
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt
    -Recover

Guess what? Starmie also learns Rapid Spin too and it beats Infernape easily. Make Starmie your new sixth Pokemon.

Okay, that's all I have for now.
Remember, if you want a good site for movesets, use Smogon and nothing else.
