I'm a beginner so ya , need lots of help to go pro =D
So feel free to give any advice .

    Staraptor @ Choice Scarf
    Adamant Nature
    252 Spd / 252 Attack / 6 HP
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -U-Turn
    -Return

Usually U-Turn straight away for Tyranitar or Metagross unless I came across a pokemon which Brave Bird or Close Combat could beat it .

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Naive Nature
    252 SP.Atk / 252 Spd / 6 Attack
    -Flare Blitz
    -Nasty Plot
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot

Unless Infernape came across a Dragon type pokemon , it should have no problem beating the opponent due to it's
Elemetal attacks . Grass Knot for Ground/Water pokemon . And with good anticipation , Nasty Plot could be very useful .
The problem with Infernape is that , it runs of health too fast . ( Flare Blitz + Life Orb )

    Metagross @ Focus Sash
    Adamant Nature
    252 Attack / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Explosion
    -Agility

After a Agility , Metagross would start spaming Meteor Mash and Earthquake .
Focus Sash is to prevent OHKO Fire moves and then counter back with Earthquake ? And also acts as a insurance when it uses Agility during the first turn .

    Tyranitar @Choice Band
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    Adamant Nature
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit

The 2nd sweeper in the team . High attack . Usually Pokemon retreats after I sent out Tyranitar so I replaced a Water attack with Pursuit .

    Milotic @Leftovers
    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk
    Bold Nature
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Protect
    -Toxic

Toxic + Protect for stalling for a turn . Surf or Ice Beam for attacks .
Medicharm was actually in this place with Protect , Detect , Toxic , Recover . But somehow , isn't offensive at all .

    Togekiss @Leftovers (Serene Grace)
    252 HP / 174 SAtk / 84 SDef
    Modest Nature
    -Air Slash
    -Thunder Wave
    -Substitute
    -Wish

As usually , Thunder Wave + Air Slash ...
    Substitute and Wish .

I'm a beginner so ya , need lots of help to go pro =D
So feel free to give any advice .

    Staraptor @ Choice Scarf
    Jolly Nature
    252 Spd / 252 Attack / 6 HP
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -U-Turn
    -Return

Ok, use Jolly to speed tie at worst with Salamence after a DD.

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Naive Nature
    252 SP.Atk / 192 Spd / 64 Attack
    -Fire Blast
    -Nasty Plot
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot

64 Att evs and Fire Blast >> Flare Blitz since you have Nasty Plot. This allows you to OHKO Salamence after SR damage.

Metagross @ Life Orb / Lum Berry / Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    112 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 132 Spe
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Explosion
    -Agility

Way too bulky for a Sash.

    Tyranitar @Choice Band
    160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake / Aqua Tail
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit

Consider Aqua Tail to hit Hippowdon and other bulky ground types, this helps Agiligross sweep too with things like Gliscor weakened. Earthquake is way to easy to set up on tbh so i wouldn't use that.

    Milotic @Leftovers
    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk
    Bold Nature
    -Surf
    -Hidden Power Electric
    -Recover
    -Toxic

Protect on Milotic = No. Gyarados weak, use Hidden Power Electric.

    Togekiss @Leftovers (Serene Grace)
    252 HP / 174 SAtk / 84 SDef
    Modest Nature
    -Air Slash
    -Thunder Wave
    -Substitute
    -Wish

    Seems like dead weight.

    Comments in bold.

Ok this team lacks stealth Rock, that straight away makes it easy for stuff like Gyarados, Salamence and Zapdos have an easy time stoning this team. I suggest replacing the rather useless Togekiss with something to set up Stealth Rock and lead with it. Id prolly use something like Gliscor >> Togekiss, this also helps with Specs Jolt and your massive Lucario weakness.

    Gliscor@Leftovers
    252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Taunt
    - Stealth Rock
    - U-Turn
    - Earthquake

This may seem strange with no Roost but this really works better on offensive teams since you get the full utility options it brings.

Still you are massively Scizor and Salamence weak. Id try something like Scarf Jirachi >> Staraptor tbh.

    Jirachi@Choice Scarf
    252 Att / 252 speed / 6 hp
    Jolly Nature
    - Iron Head
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - ThunderPunch

This also acts as insurance to Lucario if it gets past Gliscor.

    Gliscor
    Milotic
    Scarf Jirachi
    Infernape
    Metagross
    Tyranitar

    Would be the line up.

Ok defensively it looks solid. However there is still a problem : Stall.

Toxic Spikes hit 3/6 of your team, Spikes hit 5/6 and Milotic, Metagross and Tar/Jirachi locked in present EASY chances to set them up.

To remedy this i recommend LO Starmie over Milotic

    Starmie@Life Orb
    42 HP / 252 SP.Att / 216 Speed
    Timid Nature
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin

This 2hko's the Rotoms and then easily allows you to spin away their hazards to give your sweepers more of a chance to stick around and thus break through. This can also benefit from a Pursuited Blissey and Latias from your tar.

    Gliscor
    Starmie
    Scarf Jirachi
    Infernape
    Metagross
    Tyranitar

Would be the new line up.

I hope you try these changes and good luck with the team.^^

    Hmm... thanks =D
Here are some changes I've made for my team .
Still need some time to adjust the EVs of my team though since most of them are already maxed out =(

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature
    - Taunt
    - Stealth Rock
    - U-Turn
    - Earthquake

Was thinking of trying out for Skamory instead of Gliscor but ya ,
Gliscor basically play the role of setting up Stealth Rock and Taunting the opponent . Either Earthquake or U-Turn back for sweepers to step out .

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Rash Nature
    252 SP.Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    -Fire Blast
    -Nasty Plot
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot

Was intending to put Infernape as the first lineup with Stealth Rock and U-Turn but doesn't know which moves to take out . So sticked with the original moves . Abit of EV changes . Fire Blast had quite a low accuracy than Flare Blitz , just trying it out for awhile . Was thinking of removing Nasty Plot for Hidden Power Ice because it's really hard facing a Dragon/Flying pokemon .

    Metagross @ Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    112 HP / 252 Atk / 144 Spd
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Explosion
    -Agility

Changes in EV and held items . sticked with the original moves

    Starmie@Life Orb
    4 HP / 252 SP.Att / 252 Speed
    Timid Nature
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin

Spin away Stealth Rock / Spikes .
Was thinking of giving Starmie Recover to replace Thunderbolt but ya , I need Electric attacks .

    Salamence @Life Orb
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Naughty Nature
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast
    -Dragon Dance

Replaced Togekiss . Another huge bulky sweeper in my team now .

    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    EVs: 60 HP / 252 Atk / 196 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit

Sticking to the original moves . Really thanks for the advice , but I find Earthquake more useful for Tyranitar .

So here are my new 6 pokemons .
Almost all of my Pokemon had Earthquakes so Pokemon like Gengar , Zapdos could get past my team easily .

Infernape is better imo with an EV spread of 58 Atk / 252 SpA / 200 Speed and Naive nature as it lets it outrun everything important (once DDed Adamant Tyranitar, +nature base 100s, etc.) while powering Close Combat's power a bit. It also has a better chance at OHKOing Bold Blissey if you don't manage to set up SR.
