As for the topic dicussion, Darkrai is the most aggravated with its power. Without Dark Void though, Mewtwo, hands down would be the Pokemon I'd consider the strongest among all. Especially with its Psystrike <3

Even without Dark Void like Miltank said, I still believe the Darkrai would be the strongest, because of the fact that he can still put your Pokemon to sleep with Hypnosis (unless that's also banned haha) and sucks the life out of them with his ability and the moves Dream Eater and Nightmare.

I don't do competitive battling that much anyways xD

Hypnosis/Grasswhistle/Sing pretty much has a 50/50 chance of hitting with its 55% accuracy compare to Dark Void's 80%. Which is why Darkrai's signature Dark Void is just mighty uber. Not to mention Dark Void hits all the Pokemon in Triple Battle too. (Not sure about the other sleeping moves lol)

Contributing to topic, gotta say that Arceus would be the strongest IMO due to how flexible it can be in movesets and overall playstyles, not to mention its stat spread is just sick lol.

Arceus for me is a little bit overrated, because of its novelty and such. but I cannot disagree with you more with the 120/120/120/120/120/120/ spread. Yeah, that is totally sick.

I am a big fan of mewtwo also! It is my second most favorite legendary followed closely by Latios.

well, we're not talking flavor-wise here aren't we? ~~cause if we are, Arceus is the winner.~~ I still believe Deoxys-A coupled with high enough attack is a beast.

And so is Mewtwo with Psystrike. C'mon, a Special Attack dealing physical damage? Hands down yes.

IMO the Extreme Killer set would have to be the most efficient due to how it can sweep teams in merely the blink of an eye after a Swords Dance and just spamming Extreme Speed severely denting if not outright OHKO'ing anything that doesn't resist it.

Either Deoxys A or Deoxys S would tie for second place IMO since their speed levels are among the highest in the game and the former's offensive prowess is nearly unmatched while the latter is excellent in making the opponent second guess their plans of countering it if they don't know Deoxys S's moveset yet.

Gengar could easily counterattack Arceus, seeing that it is a Ghost-type. But, the minute Arceus outspeeds Gengar, everybody is doomed of course.

Provided Arceus doesn't have Shadow Claw first, if not then Gengar would be a good counter lol.

It is rare seeing a Shadow Claw Arceus as most Arceus nowadays run on the Bug-types, focusing on a STAB X-Scissor or a CM Judgement set. Gengar is pretty safe with him. Another legendary, Ho-Oh can practically OHKO Arceus-Bug with any STAB attack considering its massive Attack stat.

Welcome! I remember when I first met Rayquaza in Ruby, I was like xD and when I caught it, I was like :D then before you know it. It was the king of my Party LOL

Rayquaza can be devastating when used correctly.

If we're providing Swords Dance for Arceus, you do know Punishment is a Dark Type move and can work wonders with it? I prefer Punishment over Shadow Claw. Not to mention the typing is optional and if you use Dark type Gengar would be in trouble. It all varies on how you use the advantage of Arcues.

Bug-type Arceus. Never used that one before. I've only used Dark, Dragon & Steel and I found that Steel type is the most frustrating among the other trainers.
