  • Started working on a Hail team and I wanted some suggestions. Let me know what you think! I am trying to make this more of an offensive team then stall. So any suggestions are well appreciated :3

Sir Sable (Sableye) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Prankster
    EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Fake Out
    - Recover
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Taunt

The teams lead. This lil guy can cripple leads quite well and stall burn them since 3 of its 4 will always go first (unless your up against The bro trio)

Sir Snow (Abomasnow) (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Snow Warning
    EVs: 16 Atk / 252 SAtk / 240 Spd
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Blizzard
    - Wood Hammer
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Earthquake

The staple for the team and primary hailer. This guy can act as a Weather lead killer and take on the big 3 so long as your careful.

Sir Kruel (Tentacruel) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Scald
    - Magic Coat

One of the teams rapid spinners. Not only can it wall attacks aimed at some of its team mates, it can also set up Toxic Spikes when you can and spin other hazards allowing Abomasnow to come in safely. Magic Coat is there in case something wants to Taunt Tentacruel.

Sir Caliber (Excadrill) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Rush
    EVs: 20 HP / 252 Atk / 236 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Swords Dance
    - Rock Slide
    - Rapid Spin

The teams Revenge killer. He serves several roles. Basically if your opponent comes in with a T-tar to mess up hail, you can bring this guy in as a surprise and set up and sweep. Rapid spin is added to sweep away hazards during sandstorm.

Sir Magus (Alakazam) (M) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Shadow Ball
    - Energy Ball

The teams Special sweeper. Its DW ability is a god sent making it immune to taking Hail damage as well as other things. He can take out some of the teams ills and outspeeds a lot. The beauty of this set is Focus Sash as most pokemon with priority moves (Mach Punch mainly) will come in and try to get an easy kill only to be surprised by seeing their pokemon go down.

Sir Mire (Quagsire) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Unaware
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Hail
    - Recover
    - Encore
    - Earthquake

The teams 2nd hail maker. His main purpose is to mess up a teams opposing weather benefits and cripple the team. Encore allows for easy switch out for something that can take the opposing pokemon out and recover for survivability.

    Thanks in advance!!!!!

  • You should put more effort into your descriptions. if you want to make a hail Team, maybe some Pokemon that can get something useful from the snow, like Gallade and Snow Cloak.

Some images, bold text (where needed) can make this at least look like you take pride in your team. Maybe explain what the 'Big Trio' is to people who may not know.

Now, you don't exactly need images and stuff to make a thread.

Now, why is Excadrill on there? This is a Hail team (By the looks of it) so take it of and replace it with Weavile, who kinda does the same job, lmao.

Secondly, get Hail of Quagsire and get Toxic or Scald on there.
