2nd Gen Training Spots

Okay, I'm in trouble here. I got all the badges and beat all the trainers I can but my Pokemon aren't at a high enough level to face the Pokemon League yet. But it'll take too long to train them all to the proper levels. So, what's a good training spot to train them at where they'll level up faster?

I'm not sure it's the best, but if you want a spot with decently leveled Pokemon and healing right nearby, there's a spot on the route leading to Victory Road (the vertical part, don't remember the number) that has Pokemon in their 30's with a healing house a few steps away. The house holds a woman who heals your Pokemon, and the grass patch is to the left of it, I think. I used that to grind on a run I did once, and while it wasn't the fastest place in the world, the easy healing made it a lot faster than some other places. You could also try Victory Road itself, as there may be some decent Pokemon there (I don't remember). Alternatively, you could spend all of your money on items, and just attempt the Elite Four over and over again until you gain enough experience. (This will only work if you're able to beat at least one of their Pokemon.)

I've been training on Victory Road it's still taking awhile. And if I do the later then I'll lose all my money. Course the character's mother is still holding money for me but she hasn't yet brought me all the items.
