We require you to post natures and EVs. This should be helpful if you are new to natures, EVs, or just competitive battling in general. Additionally, here is a list of every Pokémon with recommended natures, EVs, etc.

  • The team is Ok, but is a little weak to weather teams. You should add a weather counter.

Also Muscle Band and Wise Glasses are not that good. Decide between damage and survivability and replace them with either Life Orb or Leftovers. Trying to get the best of both worlds doesn't work that good.

  • I suggest making Machamp your lead and giving it the Lum Berry as its item to shrug off status. Also, take advantage of its decent bulk, since its Speed is rather bad: 240 HP/248 Atk/16 SDef/4 Spe.

Unless you're using Rhyperior for Rock Polish, don't bother maxing out its Speed. This EV spread (160 HP/252 Atk/96 Spe) allows Rhyperior to take hits more easily while outspeeding base 70 Speed Pokemon without Speed EVs. Give it the Choice Band.

Rotom-W is best with a Choice set or a tanking set (the latter to take advantage of its good defenses). Shadow Ball and Signal Beam provide no noteworthy coverage:
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    -Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Pain Split
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 112 HP/252 SAtk/144 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Make Milotic Bold and use 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef to give it more bulk.

Scizor is better with Choice Band or Swords Dance to make the most out of its 130 Attack:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Quick Attack
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Bug Bite
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/Superpower
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/40 Atk/216 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
