    I did have it as private but I had to change it in order to link it. How does one come about doing so?

    If you leave public and private unchecked people will be able to view the 'mon without being able to download it. It said it was already downloaded once?

    No not at all, as in has not been downloaded. I also have others that you may be interested in. I am looking to acquire your flawless Mewtwo if I could.
