Looking for an IV Breeder

Hi,
I am trying to breed:

Timid Treecko with Leech Seed and good IVs
Jolly Torchic with good IVs

I have a male treecko that knows leech seed and a torhic, both with the right nature, but bad IVs...If you can breed for IVs, please let me know.
