Help me please

i have a flash card which can be used with the game cube and i want to use pokemon box on my emerald (flashcard).Because emerald and all my pokemon roms say "the save file is corrupted the previous save file will be loaded" and i can't use is there any patch to remove this?If there is where i can download it?
