new and questions

hello im new on this site. but i got a question arleady. i downloaded a hack/rom/game but its .ips what do i need to do whit that?

Well then, welcome!

& To answer your question, you have to have the .ips file file, and the original ROM file for whatever game the hack was made from. After that you need to get an .IPS Patcher program, and that 'fuses' the two files in a way. Try reading this thread, as it should help you out more. :3
