Fifth Generation Are Pokémon slaves to humans? Team Plasma thinks so. Travel the Unova region and prove them wrong in Black & White, and then return two years later in Black2 & White2.

I don't think they will add voice-acting into the games. Judging from the first few in game footage they have released, and from tradition. I guess it would be awesome, but it's just very unlikely in my opinion. Cutscenes however, are quite different. We have seen a few cutscenes in the past, and this thing became more prevalent in the fifth generation. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they increase the number of cutscenes they place in the game. I just hope it would prove to be a good approach and wouldn't be intrusive or dragging.

I do hope that if they include voices, they pick the right voice actors for the job. No annoying voices, please. And I wouldn't like the main protagonist to talk, personally, unless they really pull it off well. They never had the main character speak after all. And silent protagonists give way to emulating yourself into the character, and that's always a good approach for something like Pokémon that offers you pet-like party members that you grow with throughout the game.

Maybe grunts and reaction voices would be alright for the main hero. And like some of you guys mentioned, I actually have no qualms with rivals and important characters to get good voices.

Well, the cutscenes are a given. The first cutscene I remember seeing in one of the mainstream Pokemon games was in Emerald, and from then on the games have had more and more. In Black and White there were a fair few (mostly involving the legendaries) but I've no doubt there'll be even more in B2W2, just because they can.
Voice acting, however, is never gonna happen, if you ask me. I can't really think of many reasons why they wouldn't have voice acting in a Pokemon game; aside from the fact that it'd be extremely out of place in a game where the characters are still sprites, rather than 3D models.

This one's called 'Blue', and it's very Pokémon themed, so have a listen! Check out the links below for more stuff, if you like this!

My Pokémon Y character is the same as my username. If you see me as a Passerby let me know! I tend to get a lot of Passerby requests and I often wonder if it's people from this site.

Imo it would be weird to have most dialogues written and only some voiced in cutscenes.
No it wouldn't They did it in other games. Like Lux Pain and the KH handheld.

I can see more cutscenes such as the one in the trailer with Kyurem. I can also see a cutscene dealing with the final battle against the antagonist/legends like with the weather trio in E, The arrival of the lake trio in Pt, and the rising of N's castle and the revival of the dragon in B/W.
I wish there was some voice acting but I don't see it happening this time around

I would actually enjoy voice acting and cutscenes. Although it would be very different from previous games, it definitely wouldn't take anything away from the experience. These features would be neat.

I would love voice acting added
The ony thing that troubles me is which cutscene will they us : the ferris wheel cutscene( its technically a cutscene) or the reshiram/zekrom appearance(my personal one
I think that they would assign different forms of cutscenes for the given situation

The Aquarius loves a party. Anytime, anywhere is their motto. It is not unlikely that an Aquarius will consider a wake a good place to meet chicks. Aquarians love to be naked. It is even better if they are naked and crocked. Froot Loops is a very Aquarian cereal. So is Rice Krispies, since it will engage in a friendly chat with the Aquarian as he or she is eating breakfast. Count Chocula is off-limits, however. It belongs to the Scorpios. Aquarians use the phrase "Dude, man..." frequently when describing philosophical concepts. Aquarians have out-of-body experiences on a daily basis. If you are talking to an Aquarian and he or she zones out, consider the conversation hopeless. He or she is talking to the guy three feet away from you. Aquarians are fun because they channel people. Plus, if you tell them to, they will run around naked. Aquarians like astronomy because they've been to all those places. If you want to know what the food is like on Saturn, ask an Aquarius. Aquarians can allow themselves every possible vice on the planet, and don't think twice about it. That is why they piss everyone else off. They are cosmically entitled to do this.
