I would want to be a Nidorina, most likely. It's one of my favorite pokemon, I find it to be rather pretty, and heck...if I was one, then if anything bugged me too much, I could show off some poisonous spines in a rather blunt way of saying "go away".

Id be a Kyogre or Rayquaza because Kyogre can use water and electric moves and I guess Rayquaza can use Flying/water/electric(I guess)/and normal attacks or I'd be both Kyogre and Rayquaza.
